Admission
An applicant must be 18 years old or above; there is no upper age limit.
Secondary education as base entry qualification.
The minimum academic requirement for Le Cordon Bleu London Certificates, Grand Diplôme, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie, Diplôme de Boulangerie, Diploma in Gastronomy, Nutrition & Food Trends and Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management students is GCSE, High School Diploma or equivalent, and no prior culinary experience is required.
Diploma in Culinary Management students must have first completed a Le Cordon Bleu diploma or Grand Diplôme or equivalent culinary qualification. If an applicant is not a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, a Recognition of Prior Learning form with relevant certification and an interview with a lecturer will be required.
Accommodation
